Youth Empowerment Summit 2017


DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to live your life in action?
This all-day event for teens, ages 14-18, will feature inspiring workshops, self-inquiry, yoga and meditation.
Our mission: To empower the next generation of leaders to live a powerful and positive life.
Who you are: You are a 14 - 18 year old who is seeking purpose, belonging and support.
You will need: A yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen. Please wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move during yoga and sit comfortably. Optional: you can also bring a change of clothes for after the yoga session. Note: lunch will be provided. 
You will leave the Summit with:
  • An understanding that your voice matters
  • How to be accountable for your actions
  • A positive sense of community and connection
  • An introduction to mindfulness to tackle stress and anxiety

When: Saturday February 12, 10:00am to 5:30pm @ Monte Carlo Inn, Oakville.

  1. There is different Yoga Certifications India
    that are now opting by many of the audiences through The Yoga Institute. The faculty member at the yoga institute is just awesome by their expertise in the fitness area.
