MATH@MAC DAY FOR STUDENTS GRADES 10, 11, AND 12
This event will include a series of interactive mathematics activities and presentations. Designed to be inclusive and fun, the day will feature individual and team prizes for a variety of problems that should appeal to a wide range of interests and abilities. Plan to bring an entire class or a group of interested students from various levels.

1:30 End of the formal program

Annual McMaster Brain Bee

High school students in the Hamilton-Halton and surrounding area from grades 9 through 12 are welcome to compete at the local brain bee. Students demonstrate their knowledge about the brain and neuroscience, including fascinating topics involving intelligence, memory, emotions, sensations, movement, stress, aging, sleep, addiction, and more. Participating is a valuable experience that you can add to your resume — not to mention the possibility of winning prizes and fame!
All the questions will come from Neuroscience: Science of the Brain.

University of Toronto - Engineering Outreach
High School Program Offerings
Designed with student success in mind, the High School Saturday Program encourages participants to begin to explore science, engineering, math and technology in a community-oriented, confidence-building environment. Classes are divided by grade. There will be a class in both Session One and Session Two for students in grades 9/10, and 11/12 during the 2019/2020 school year. Registration for Session One and Two are separate and participants do not need to register for both sessions. Please read the course descriptions carefully to see which courses are offered to which grade group during each session. Each session takes place over the course of three Saturdays and participants will spend all three days in the same course.
Engineering Outreach High School Saturdays
Dates:Session 1 | Saturday, January 18th, January 25th, February 8th
Session 2 | Saturday, February 22nd, February 29th, March 7th
Cost:$180 CAD per session
Schedule: 12:30pm - 4pm
Location: University of Toronto St. George Campus*
*A pre-program package will be sent to all participants 1 week prior to the start of the program, with details on the exact building location.
