Inclusive Tech Design Workshop: 3D Modelling 101 April 21st  || 10 AM-12 PM; 1:30-3:30 PM Grade 9-12 In-Person @ UWaterloo Main Campus FREE! Calling all high school students! Join ESQ for a 3D Modelling Workshop to create adaptive technology for youth! Funded by the Government of Canada and in partnership with Makers Making Change, we will dive into 3D modelling and Inclusive Design. Tell ou robots how to sort waste, and they will do this smelly chore for you! Register Here ESQ Summer Camp @ UW Cambridge Campus August 21 - 25 Grade 2 to 5 Cambridge, UWaterloo Architecture Campus $320 Announcing a new ESQ summer camp in Cambridge! Join us for the Brooks (Gr 2-5) camp the week of August 21st to 25th. This camp will explore numerous STEM-related topics in hands-on activities, games, and more! Take advantage of the opportunity to use and discover the amazing spaces the Cambridge Architecture Campus has to offer! Registration will open in our system under the ESQ Summer 2023 season (available April 4th @ Noon EST). Not to worry! ESQ is opening up 2 virtual-only camps for the week of August 8-11. The Lovelace (Grade 3-5) and Gebru (Grade 6-9) camps will offer fully virtual activities for campers to engage in coding and STEM along with our leaders in virtual calls. All you need is yourself and a device to access the call! (Laptop/desktop computers preferred when possible) Registration will open in our system under the ESQ Summer 2023 season (available April 4th @ Noon EST). Registration Available April 4th @ Noon STEMpowered Registration Opening Soon STEMpowered camps are scheduled to run from July 10-August 18 Each week will be open to a specific age group: Primary (Gr 2-3); Junior (Gr 4-6); Intermediate (Gr 7-8) ; Senior (Gr 9-12) FREE STEMpowered Summer Camps are back!  We are excited to once again partner with BrainSTEM Alliance and the Caribbean Canadian Association of Waterloo Region to address the increasing need to create more inclusive and accessible opportunities in STEM education for Black children and youth. Our FREE summer camps will feature STEM mentors and include a variety of hands-on activities that explore science, technology, engineering and math!
